When you sign in, we receive basic account details such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifier. We also store the website, founder, category, description, logo, and social-profile information you submit.

If you join a product discussion, we store the plain-text comments and replies you choose to post, their timestamps, likes, soft-deletion state, and the account that posted them. We also keep the notification choices and delivery records needed to send conversation emails.

SiteDuel records votes, duel entries, results, clicks, showcase activity, visitor presence, timestamps, and email-delivery records needed to operate the service.

Listings, founder details, logos, descriptions, categories, vote totals, click totals, duel opponents, results, and showcase placements are public by design. Do not enter private information in a public listing field.

Removing a listing does not automatically erase historical duel results or records needed to keep payments and competitions accurate.

We use your information to sign you in, publish listings, match duels, apply the three-free-registrations-per-day and one-free-entry-per-founder-per-day limits, save votes, calculate results, manage showcases, send purchase and match emails, count activity, stop abuse, provide support, and improve SiteDuel.

Discussion data lets people see who said something, reply to the right person, like useful comments, and lets founders hear from visitors. We only send comment and reply notifications when the relevant preference is enabled, and every email includes a way to stop those notifications.

Checkout is handled by our payment provider. SiteDuel receives the payment status, amount, currency, selected purchase duration, purchase type, and transaction reference, but does not intentionally store your full card number or security code.

Authentication, database, hosting, payment, email, and security providers receive only the information needed to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, remember an action during login, prevent duplicate behavior, and support visitor counts. Clearing them may sign you out or remove an unfinished action.

We keep information while it is needed for the service, payment records, competition integrity, safety, or legal duties. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise perfect security.

You can edit or remove eligible listings from your profile. Some records may be retained when the law, payment accounting, fraud prevention, or duel integrity requires it.

SiteDuel is not intended for children under 13. We may update this Policy when our service changes and will show the latest update date here.
