Terms of Service

By signing in, listing a website, voting, or buying a placement, you agree to these Terms and the SiteDuel Rules. Keep your account information accurate and do not use SiteDuel to mislead, harm, impersonate, or manipulate other people.

List only a website you own or are authorized to represent. Use its real name, correct link, honest description, suitable category, and genuine founder details.

You keep ownership of what you submit and allow SiteDuel to display it wherever your listing, duel, result, or showcase appears.

SiteDuel opens three free duel registrations each UTC day. Each founder may use one free registration per day. Additional registrations by that founder cost $19 each; this is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Free and paid entries use the same queue and matching rules.

Your entry waits until a different eligible founder joins, and the 24-hour timer begins when the opponent is found. A product cannot be registered again while it is queued, in a live duel, or active in the winner Showcase; it can be registered again after that Showcase period ends.

Duel votes are permanent after submission. Founders cannot vote in their own duel, and fake accounts, bots, paid votes, or automated activity may be removed.

A duel winner receives one full 24-hour winner-showcase turn. Paid featured showcases are available for 7 days at $29, 14 days at $49, or 30 days at $75. Each option is a one-time payment for one website and uses one of 10 paid positions.

Your chosen period begins when your website goes live. If all positions are occupied, your purchase waits in the queue and the full period begins when a position opens. When the period ends, the website is removed from the paid showcase. A placement gives visibility, not a promise of clicks, customers, revenue, or any other business result.

Duel Pass and paid showcase purchases are final. Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and credits are not allowed after payment, including while an entry or showcase is waiting for a position.

Check the website, product, duration, price, and purchase type before paying. Duplicated or unauthorized charges may be investigated through the payment provider. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

You are responsible for the comments and replies you post. Keep them relevant, truthful, and respectful. Do not harass people, reveal private information, impersonate someone, flood a thread, post malicious links, or use automated messages. Plain-text comments may be visible publicly on the product page.

You can delete your own comments and replies. SiteDuel may hide or remove content that is unsafe or breaks these Terms, while preserving a deleted placeholder when needed to keep replies understandable. Conversation emails are sent according to the recipient’s notification choices.

SiteDuel may remove unsafe listings, invalid votes, artificial clicks, abusive content, or accounts that break these Terms. External founder websites and third-party authentication, payment, and email services have their own terms.

SiteDuel is provided as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, a particular match time, or a guaranteed outcome. We may update these Terms as the service changes.
